I've got your Super Hero right here.
I has a costume. Sorta. I'm going to be Marvel Girl (in green, on the right) - it fits with the theme for Sunday's party/wedding, it's not painted-on, skin-tight (well, I guess it's supposed to be, but mine won't be), and it's even kinda cute. It'll work with the new hairs, too. We (Jimi) bought the fabric and pattern for the dress last night, along with the mask-materials. Let me tell ya, if you've ever fantasized about how awesome it would be to make your own clothes, you may want to reconsider. We cut out patterns and fabric last night - talk about tedious! It didn't take nearly as long as I'd thought it would, but I was tired and wanted to go to bed. It made for less work tonight, though, so again, I need to thank my lucky stars that my fantastic boyfriend is not a procrastinator like me.
Tonight I have to find a pair of white satin gloves that come to my elbows, then I have to dye them yellow to match the belt and boots. I was worried I'd have to drive all the way to the mall, to Claire's, but I just remembered that I can find what I need at David's Bridal, which is considerably closer. Jimi needs claw-colored nail polish, too. (It's a blog, Natalie, not a shopping list.)
I've got a million things to do at work today, so I should get to them. Happy Thursday!

So, you have money for that, but not for any of the stuff I suggested. I see how it is.
